Work Undertaken
The property was substantially rebuilt on behalf of a specialist developer. The project included excavation of the lower ground floor and associated structural works to reconfigure all the upper floors. A digital control system for all services including heating lighting comfort cooling security and audio visual entertainment was incorporated. A feature spiral staircase was designed and constructed.
